\"Multi-component<\/p>\n

Multi-component customization<\/h2>\n

Tpm is today able to produce customized multi-part components in different types of plastic and metallic materials.<\/strong> A unique feature that makes Tpm\u2019s production suitable for a variety of applications in different sectors. In practice, Tpm\u2019s manufacturing system consists in the superposition of different production phases in a single cycle.<\/p>\n

It uses a still niche technology designed specifically for the creation of technical parts made up of different materials, plastic polymers, rubber and metallic parts with up to four components<\/strong>, that allows for significant savings in terms of energy, manpower and production time. The result is a complex, finished component, ready for use and with lower costs than for one created with traditional methods of assembly, welding and composition.<\/p>\n

Overmoulding of metallic parts<\/h2>\n

Tpm uses rotary tablet presses<\/strong> that allow for the loading of metal parts into which polymer can be injected in superposition of the injection itself, both through automatic and semi-automatic processes. Also in this case, the overlap effect leads to a more efficient process and a less expensive product.<\/p>\n

Co-design<\/h2>\n
